[vtkusers] vtk install problem ( VC 2008, vtk 5.04, cmake 2.6)

Hello,

I'm trying to install the vtk in VC 2008.

The version of vtk is 5.04 and the version of cmake is 2.6.

While building the binary files, I've got a problem.

I have tried many things, but I couldnt sort it out. 

Can anyone help me?

I tried to change the value of WINVER, WIN32_IE , etc.

But It doesn't work.
