[vtkusers] segmentation fault(VTK + QT)

i am trying to build an interface using Qt that can interact with vtk.
im using cmake to compile them.
i build a class "xrayviewer" using vtk. and call it from xrayform.cxx
i compiled it, but when i run it, i got segmenation fault.
can anyone help me with this? thx a lot
