[vtkusers] Linker problems with vtk

I have some problems with getting vtk working with C++.

I built vtk libs and tests with code::blocks/MinGW under Windows.
The compiled testprogramms are running +- well.

Now i'm trying to compile a sample programm. I linked in every
lib that was built during the cmake process, but i get some 50
linker errors. What's missing to link correctly and launch the
program?
