Hello vtk-userslist,
Unfortunately I cannot find the example data for the Lox.tcl script
(postxyz.bin, postq.bin) to find out about cylindrical grids in vtk. I
had the impression that cylindrical grids actually are structured grids
but the following remarks from vtk documentation make me doubt that:
Cite from vkStruturedGrid:
"
The topology is that of a cube that has been subdivided into a regular
array of smaller cubes
"
How can I construct and visualize cylindrical grids with data attached
in vtk? Are they not structured grids?
I also own the book "VTK User's Guide" for 4.4, but there is nothing on
the cd for cylindrical grids and no explanations in the book (apalogies
if I have missed them)
Any help is appreciated,
Greetings,
Martin
