[vtkusers] Proper vtkLookUpTable settings for DICOM images?

Hi everyone;

I am writing a project for Multi Planar Reconstitution on DICOM images, but
I couldn't find the proper settings for  lookup table. What is the best
settings for displaying (dynamically depends on header values) full details
of CT images?
