[vtkusers] Problem in using Cmake

Hi, colleagues

I am a newbie using cmake. During "configure", a "warning" pop out with the
message "You have called ADD_library for library vtkBSplineLibPython without
any source files. This typically indicates a problem with your
CMakelists.txt file". Does "any source files" mean "Python"? or the python
path was not set correctly?
