[vtkusers] Compiling VS2008, 64bit, Vista x64 SP1

Hi

 I'm trying to compile VTK in 64 bit mode.

 I'm able to get the 32 bit libs going OK, but when I use the 64 bit profile
in cmake with visual studio 2008 with cmake 2.4.8 I get the following error
when I select build Solution

  vtk\common\vtkType.h(162) : fatal error C1189: #error : "No native data
type can represent an 8-bit integer."

I am using a NTFS partition.

My OS is Vista x64 with SP1

Has anyone succeeded in building VTK with this configuration?
