[vtkusers] help to build

Hello.

I'm new on vtk, and I'm trying to build a c++ file.
But I'm not want to use cmake.

I already have vtk installed and working. The examples (builded with cmake)
are working ok.

How can i compile a c++ vith vtk file without cmake, just with g++?

example:

g++ Cone.cxx ......


Anybody could help me?
