[vtkusers] about Qt with VTK

VTK has had built-in Qt support for quite some time now. Look in the  
GUISupport/Qt directory for the source and the Examples/GUI/Qt for  
several examples.

There are options in the CMake process for including Qt support  
(either Qt3 or Qt4) in your VTK build.
