[vtkusers] VTK and MATLAB mex files

Thanks.
I now have VTK compiled and the demos running. 

However, the mex file example at http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/VTKMatlab is
still problematic.
Specifically , the example has
#include vtkDecimate.h

However I cannot fine this header in either the VTK5.0 or VTK4.2.2 releases.
Did one exist previously? Has it been superceded? If so by what?
(I'm trying to get vtkDecimatePro.h working in it's place but am yet to
succeed.)
