[vtkusers] Help read DICOM medical image

Thank's Mark for your help, but on my apllication I need know only read ONE image DICOM with yours pixels and voxels.
 
Can Anyone help me? if possible to send a example that did this.
 
PLEASE, I`m not achieve to read image no way.
