[vtkusers] example material definition XML which loads in texture

Hi,
I have been using overnight VTK5.2 build for few weeks now,  but I could
not find any information of how to define textures in material XML file
which used by shader classes. There is no example file under \VTK\Utilities
\MaterialLibrary\Repository\Textures.  I just wonder if anyone wants to
share an example material definition XML file and a GLSL file which loads
texture?
