[vtkusers] dual view stereo mode

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by dual view.  Do you mean
interleaved left/right eyes for active stereo?  That would be Crystal
Eyes.  If you mean something for passive stereo, then you'll have 2
contexts, one Left and one Right.
