[vtkusers] How to build the vtk software, thanks

 Hello,

I just *Download* the *CVS version* of the source code
vtk-5.0.3.zip<http://www.vtk.org/files/release/5.0/vtk-5.0.3.zip>and
vtkdata-5.0.3.zip
<http://www.vtk.org/files/release/5.0/vtkdata-5.0.3.zip>and i don't
know where can find the instructions on how to
*build the software*?
BTW, I use winxp on my PC.
