[vtkusers] Threshold based segmentation

Hi,

the first thing can be done with VTK, by using the vtkProbeFilter (look at
the examples) to get the scalarvalue interactively and just feed it to
marching cube.

For segmentation I believe it's better to use the ITK together with VTK. (if
this is possible and you're not using Borland.like me)
