[vtkusers] question about triangulation

Hi everyone:
   I know vtk can take triangulation by class of vtkDelaunay2D(in 2D space).Now I
have a points set in a plane, and this points set form a close polygon. I want to
insert some points in interior area of this close polygon and then perform
Delaunay triangulation. In fact,this is a probelm of Steriner triangulation.I want
to know whether vtk have this kind of function. Any suggestion and example are
welcome.
