[vtkusers]ask about image registration

Hello, I'm a student who want to do 2D to 3D visualization and 2D image
registration in medical image as my final project at school(using VTK).
I think I have made my first task(2D to 3D visualization) good enough. But
I met a difficulty when I tried to make the medical image registration.
I have read some references and I think that I can use
vtkIterativeClosestPointTransform and vtkLandmarkTransform to do the
registration, but I still can't understand it.

Can someone please help me to do this? Maybe someone can give me a little
explanation, references or even an example code..
