[vtkusers] itk vtk tcl combination problem

Hello,

after i build vtk with tcl wrapper, cswig, itk with tcl wrapper and
insightApplication.

i tried to run the
itksource/examples/Visualization/CannyEdgeDetectionImageFilterConnectVTKITK.tcl

but it turns to be itk , vtk package can not be found.

i did open the source code to read the instructions and set the

TCLLIB_DIR=C:/ITK/bin/Release;C/VTK/bin/Release;C:\InsightApplications\ConnectVTKITK\Release


but i stil can not get the
CannyEdgeDetectionImageFilterConnectVTKITK.tclrunning.

please give me some advices on this problem.
