[vtkusers] Setting actor position with coordinates based on dataset

Hi all,

I'm currently segmenting a skull from a dataset and showing by using an actor. I have too a couple of positions that's are points marked by clicking in a point of an slice. Then, I want to show this points by actors that's are small balls. 
I'm doing this by simply setting the actor's position, but aren't working for me. The balls are not showed at the correct position, relative to my actor's skull. 
I think are a problem with system's coordinate ( I need to do some conversion, but I don't know what's ).
Can someone help?
