[vtkusers] time-step label

Assuming your data is time based, here is what I use in ParaView:

Time = [smGet Sources PrdsMGDislocationReader0 TimestepValues [smGet  
Sources PrdsMGDislocationReader0 TimeStep] 1.3e]

PrdsMGDislocationReader0 is my data set.
