[vtkusers] vtktkrenderwidget on vista?

Hi. I'm having problems with the vtktkrenderwidget (Tkinter widgets, in
Python code) on Vista. My problem is that horizontal resize of the
container window results in a crash ("display driver stopped
responding"). This does not happen when I resize vertically, and it did
not happen on XP. The VTK 5.0 version I'm running comes preinstalled
with python 2.4, in the enthought (http://code.enthought.com) package,
so I'm not sure if it's a problem with the way they load/register their
packages, or if its a problem inside the vtk code itself. A member of
their mailing list said that their qt vtkqtrenderwidget works, so its
probably a vtk problem. I'm not really sure how to address this issue,
so any help at all would be appreciated.
