Charl's patch certainly is a terrific contribution for the VTK python wrappers,
since it follows the idiom of the language perfectly.
Hence python programmers get to deal with exceptions in an idiomatic manner
which is _quite_ a contribution.
Debugging certainly has been a lot easier with Charl's patch.

It would be great to have the CVS patched!
