[vtkusers] Creating 3d model of brain using 2d MRI images

Hey VTK
 
I have some MRI images of the human brain and i want to create a 3d model of it. 
But i'm a new user of VTK with zero experience, so unfortunately i have no idea where to start from.
Any help would be really appreciated
