[vtkusers] problem with vtu binary file on 64-bit computer

Dear Group,

Again. The ascii output (VTK XML unstructured grid file) is working
perfect on both type computer. Even the binary appended file is
working perfect on 32 bit computer  running the same code on it (a
sample output file is attached). But the same code when running on 64
bit produces binary app file which fails to open with paraview.
