[vtkusers] how to get the pixel data of an image from vtkImageData?

dear all:  I'm trying to get the pixel data of an Image(.dcm).1,vtkDICOMImageReader::SetFilename(...);2,imgData=vtkDICOMImageReader::GetOutput();3,how to get the pixel data?
