[vtkusers] vtk-tcl executable

Hello

i am trying to make tcl scripts to windows executable .exe file.
i refer methods below

yet i am not able to get it successfully done.

is there anybody who has some experiences to make vtk-tcl to be windows exe
file?

i need some guidance on it.
