[vtkusers] 3d surfacique construction

Hi, 
I would like to do a 3d surfacique construction of the "ventricule
gauche",so i have a serie of segmented image representing differents coupe. 
there's a series of endocade coupe.and i want to get a surfacique
modelisation.
