[vtkusers] Can komodo 4.0 be used to run TCL file?

Hi veryone:
   I use komodo 4.0 to bebug TCL file. If it is a common TCL file, it will be
ok.When I use it to run the TCL file in which it will utilize core BioImage Suite
libraries, komodo 4.0 can not work normally. My os is windows xp professional.
BioImage Suite is a free software developed by yale university. Is there anyone
who had encoutered such kind of problem? Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks in
