[vtkusers] structured points components

Hi, I am new to VTK, so I have a question: what are the components of a vtkStructuredpoints, if I have a vtkStructuredPoints and for each point I have scalar, vector, tensors, is it 13 components (1+3+9) or it is only 3 components, and how are the componenets indexed when it is passed to used with look up table or threshold,thanks
