[vtkusers] vtkActor and RenderTranslucentGeometry() and backward compatibility

Thanks, I understand the reason. But why not use some mechanism like
deprecated code, which was used for AddProperty when it was changed to
AddViewProperty()?
But then, I would not have your explanation:-)
