[vtkusers] Instal VTK on Windows station

Hi Dzung,

What do you mean by "c/c++ normal compiler"? What compiler are you using 
(just telling us what you aren't using is not enough.) Also, what 
trouble are you having? You'll have to be more specific in order for us 
to be able to help you.
