[vtkusers] patented class , vtkDecimate

Hi,all,
I'm trying mesh simplication using vtk.
I got there are 4 decimation method which are vtkDecimatePro, vtkDecimate, vtk QuadricDecimation,vtkQuadricClustering.

I'm using vtk5.0.3 and after building the classes, I couldn't find patented library and vtk decimate.
What's the Problem and how can I get sorted it out?
