[vtkusers] Mousewheel event

Hello all

   I'm having trouble getting my mousewheel events to work when they are
bound to a picturebox using setparentInfo(pb1). When I do not set the parent
Mouse Wheel events work
however when it's bound they do not. Does anyone have any ideas of what may
be my issue.
