[vtkusers] 3D Image reconstruction in Visual Studio 2005

Hi,

A part of my thesis requires me to do 3D reconstruction of MRI slices. I heard that this is possible in VTK tool kit.
Can somebody tell me the the procedure for it.
I need to do this in Visual Studio 2005. What should I do to work on VTK libraries from .net
