[vtkusers] Examples/Tutorial and VC8 on XP64

Hello,

I make my first steps and start with the tutorials.
cmake works fine, and in the IDE I had to add the
path for the libs by hand.

The examples all build, but in debug mode nothing
gets displayed. In release mode the spinning cone
gets displayed in the first four Steps, but then
also the display area remains black.

What can I have done wrong.
