[vtkusers] mixing vtkImageActor with solidly rendered vtkPolyData

Where is SetResolveCoincidentTopologyToPolygonOffset activated?
Can it be activated at the mapper level?
Would it be possible to activated your polydata mappers, but
not the image actor then?
