[vtkusers] vtkCachedStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline

Hello,
I am looking at the many ways you can work with cache in vtk. I played a
little with vtkTemporalDataSetCache, but I would like it to be more general.
Does anybody know if I can achieve this with
vtkCachedStreamingDemandDrivenPipeline?
Are there any tests/examples that show how to use it?
