[vtkusers] patch for adding stencil buffer support to RenderWindow

Dear list,

Stef Busking, a PhD candidate from our group, has made a patch to add
stencil buffer support to the VTK RenderWindow.  It adds an extra ivar
to vtkRenderWindow with which this can be activated, so it has no
effect on existing code.  The changes have been done on Win32, X and
Carbon, but not on Cocoa yet.

Could any interested parties take a look at this and send feedback?
If there are no complaints, we would like to commit this.  We would be
greatly thankful to any Mac experts that could add support for cocoa
(and test the Carbon support).
