[vtkusers] Rendering 3D volume!!!

Hi

I am new to  VTk, It is exciting a lot.

Please could somebody tell me which are basic steps to assemble a 3D volume
using  2D slices???
Exactly I wanna assemble a  medical 3D volume using TAC (CT) slices.

I just want a cue.
