[vtkusers] trouble running vtk examples on intel Macs

Maybe... I don't recall that problem myself though. I guess it could be
because no runloop is created by the vtk test apps, and its the runloop
that handles things like quit automatically. Are you trying to make a
Mac-only app, or are you doing cross platform vtk work? If the former,
have you looked at "SimpleCocoaVTK"?
