[vtkusers] make errors

Hello Kenneth,
What versions of VTK and CMake are you using?
You can start by comparing the settings in your vtk-bin/CMakeCache.txt
files to one of the Mac VTK dashboards that build Java:
http://www.vtk.org/Testing/Dashboard/MostRecentResults-Nightly/Dashboard.html
You can click on the build notes (immediately after the Build Name)
for midworld.kitware, the RogueResearchPPC carbon build, or either of
the stout.atamai builds.
