[vtkusers] Bug in vtkAxisActor2D

Hello,

I just found a bug in vtkAxisActor2D which did not update the font size
of the title when the FontFactor is changed.

I could correct this by using the attached patch (against VTK 5.0.2).

The patch just recompute the title size anytime there is a change in the
object.
