[vtkusers] XML format: base64 or raw

Ok, your example is quite small.

Can you try with this example, please ?

I get this:

-rw-r--r-- 1 fred users 144033 2007-02-24 21:35 base64.vtu
-rw-r--r-- 1 fred users 144296 2007-02-24 21:36 raw.vtu

I was thinking I can get smaller file size with raw format.
