We have a nightly vtk build that uses whichever Tcl/Tk comes with Mac OS
X 10.4, it seems to work just fine.  I believe 10.3 and earlier did not
include Tcl/Tk out of the box, not sure what versions work there.

Kaveh, which Mac OS X are you using?  If 10.4, why did you install Tcl/Tk?
