[vtkusers] A problem with vtkAVIWriter

Dear all

   I'm using vtkAVIWriter class to convert a sequence of snapshots into a
.avi movie. However, the program couldn't find the headfile of this class
even vtkIO had already been included in the cmake file. We've checked that
the head file is there, but it's not been installed for some reasons. Can
someone tell me how to fix the this problem? We guess it's probably due to
installation script. Thanks
