[vtkusers] How to use VTK in eclipse for Java

Hi all,

I've just noticed that someone need some information about Java/Eclipse 
and VTK.
I've just made a small how-to in order to explain step by step how to 
use and
configure eclipse with VTK and its Java wrapping.
