[vtkusers] Reorientation of a polydata model !

Hi Andrew,

Thanks  a lot for your response.After digging up a bit deeper I tried vtkIterativeClosestPointTransoform to map a scaled version of the polydata to the original polyData and it worked fine although not 100% correct.

Can you further suggest me any metric to find out how close both models resemble with each other
