[vtkusers] How to handle camera to travel inside a tube or endoscopic view

Hi Vaibhav,

I had worked on a similar problem a couple of months back. One of
the methods I considered was this, may be I took the longer route.

There are some algorithms on the Net called CenterLine Algorithms.
http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/1999SPIE.3660..225B might be interesting
to you. Using these algorithms you can pass a line through the center of
the colon and then you can move vtkCamera along that line.
