[vtkusers] 3D Filling

Dear Vtk Users,

 

I'm not new in Vtk. I need to implement this functionality:

 

I have medical images and I have to fill air region with 3D structures. For
example if I have a CT scan of a head I want to fill nasal sinus (air) with
a 3D structure (Polydata). Can you help me and show me the pipeline of
filter to obtain that?
