[vtkusers] Urgent question

AA;
        I successed to add vtk to C# , but when running the program this error appears "
  FileNotFoundException was unhandled error" and i searched for that and the search result was "Add the VTK dll and library folders to the Visual C# and System environment variables (path)" but i couldn't understand that !!
  what can i do please ?
